30 Day Returns Policy

Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be new, unused, contain all original packaging and you must include a proof of purchase in your return shipment.

Shipping cost for any issue not being a result of a fulfillment error will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected by the our customer service (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days. 

If you wish to exchange a product, you must go online and reorder, and process the original item as a return.

To Process a Return:

  1. E-mail customer service at customerservice@boomerangtool.com to receive an RMA number
  2. Package your product for shipping and inside include a copy of your receipt and on the outside of the package please label with the RMA number provided by customer service.
  3. Ship your package to the following address:

  4. Ship your package by whichever carrier you prefer, though we recommend using a service that allows tracking or delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when fulfilling the order.

Credit Card Refunds

  • All credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used to make the sale.
  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card within 7 days.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.

    1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

    Your product is a precision device and if your purchase from fails at any time within one year from date of purchase. With a proof of purchase, we will replace your product with an equal model. If at anytime after the 12 month warranty period ends and your product fails to perform we offer a Lifetime Service Policy.

    To Process a Warranty Replacement:

    1. E-mail customer service at customerservice@boomerangtool.com. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and an image of the defect with the product.
    2. Package your product for shipping and label it with the following address:

    3. Use the provided shipping label. We will provide a shipping label for defective warranty claims or if an error has occurred when fulfilling the order.

      Lifetime Service Policy

      The Boomerang Tool Company Lifetime Service Policy applies to all USA made Boomerang Tool Company retractable reels and zingers only. To service your Boomerang Tool Company retractable reel simply ship us your reel along with this service form and $4.00 per serviced product ($7.00 outside U.S., credit card only) for return postage, Boomerang Tool Company does not cover shipping cost. Boomerang Tool Company will repair or replace your reel with an equal model and ship it back to you.

      Boomerang Tool Company recommends that you obtain a tracking number, as Boomerang Tool Company will not be able to confirm receipt of your returned Product. You will be responsible for any damage or missing shipments during the return.
